what is the TimeInForce or Order Type value(s) for Institutional Express orders. Does one exists?

The Technical Committee’s recommendation to NYSE and SIAC has been to use “XPR” as a TradingSessionID (or less desirably a TargetSubID) value. You will need to follow-up directly w/ the NYSE re: their present implementation.
