For an limit order that has a discretionary price:
Price(tag 44) = limit price
DiscretionInst(tag 388) = 0 (Related to displayed price)
DiscretionOffset(tag 289) = offset price from limit price

For this scenario what Limit Price would be reported to OATS (Phase III)?

OATS Phase III LimitPrice = Price
or
OATS Phase III LimitPrice = Price + DiscretionOffset

One widely used EMS reports the Price (tag 44) only - wanted to verify that others had done the same for OATS?
