I am curious about the status of this proposal. Has it been accepted?

The proposal has been accepted and is still awaiting implementation. Do you need any of the new tags/values to be assigned?
Regards,
Hanno.

Thanks Hanno.

I don’t need any new tags or values assigned. My interest was in the inclusion of MDEntryID in the Execution Report.

I could not find this proposal under the completed proposal section (http://fixprotocol.org/proposals/completed). At what point does a accepted proposal added to that section? I am just curious.

FPL currently has quite a backlog of approved proposals awaiting implementation. On the one hand, FPL welcomes the fact that more and more members, especially exchanges, come forward and ask FPL for extensions instead of just doing something non-standard or deploying user-defined messages and fields. On the other hand, the number of FPL member firms is related to the funds that are available to finance paid resources that are needed in addition to the volunteers to implement Extension Packs (and new Service Packs).
A significant amount of effort went into the new 2010 Repository last year which will only be available to FPL members. The idea is to create more value for FPL members, thereby encouraging more FIX users to become members and adding to the share of the funds available to the FIX Global Technical Committee. FPL is non-profit but that does not mean it can exist without funding
I realize that my answer goes beyond the scope of your question but as many FIX users are subscribed to this forum, I thought it does not hurt to give some background information.

Hanno.
