Like to try FixClient. A multi-threading, real-time, bi-directional fix client program running in Linux. A simple message queue API makes your application easy to communication remote server. You read FIX messages from a incoming message queue, and write order requests to outgoing message queue.

Use the Applications profile on the FIX site to search for more vendors, but here’s an all-platform vendor link for CTS, Portware.

You should contact the vendor directly, arrange for a demo of their product, and then obtain a test or trial version of their product set. Your due diligence will be rewarded by identifying early in your vendor and product evaluation beyond the standard “Does it work?” questions and clarify any key integration points you require.

I provided one vendor as an example but you should use 3 as a minimum to provide pro’s and con’s in comparison.

I don’t have window version, but I try to say the linux version is more powerful. Traders can share the single FIX connection, and trade at the same time. I have a simple web based FT OMS, too. If you like, the whole package can installed in a single Linux box, and support as many trades as you like. Is that better than a Window one?

Gabriel,
At the following location you can request trial FIX-enabled .Net, Java or C++ software.

Any FIX engine distribution package includes different tools for initiating FIX connection (including GUI powered).
