Regarding when Tag No.43 SequenceReset message set "Y" and handling of Tag No.122

Send message:
When sending amessage with Tag 43=Y do we have to set Tag 122?
If we must set and there is no original message does Tag 122 and Tag 52 have to be a same setting?

Receive message:
Tag 43=Y on SequenceReset message and there is no tag 122, how it supposed act?
Is it has to send Reject message and not accept this SequenceReset?

Following the spec for FIX 4.3/4.2 answers would be:

Send Reject( session-level) and increment MsgSeqNum.

In case I’m interpreting spec incorrectly… I believe someone will clarify this.
