We’ve received ResendRequest with EndSeqNo < BeginSeqNo.

is it error ?

This should ideally be rejected since BeginSeqNo is greater than EndSeqNo – probably a session reject (35=3).

We’ve received ResendRequest with EndSeqNo < BeginSeqNo.
