and can somebody through more light on

I can’t tell you where to find sample messages in classic FIX format, but the FIXimate sites linked to from the Specifications page on the FIX web site go a long way toward helping you move around the specification. The rules for which messages to use when responding and rejecting in FIX are laid out in 4.3 vol 1 p 38-41, but you can usually find differences of opinion in the gray areas. The rule to follow when sending either BusinessMessageReject or SessionReject is to give a clear reason and adequate reference back to your counterparty’s message - the first 4 encoded fields are vital and you should give a few words of explanation in field 58.
RefMsgType (372) contains the value of MsgType (35) from the message being rejected.
