Hi
Can any once explain me SessionRejectReason what does it do ? If we send message using SessionRejectReason does the intiator get disconnected or session is maintained ?
Regards
Arvind
Please have a look at the FIXT 1.1 Specification, page 25 and page 37 onwards (or FIX 4.x Specs Volume 1) for information on session level rejects. A reject message is normally not a reason to disconnect a session. There may be reasons that require manual intervention which is a case for a disconnect. You can find some specific information about session recovery in EP124 NGM Logon Extensions (http://www.fixprotocol.org/specifications/FIX.5.0SP2#Extension_Packs_enhancing_FIX_5.0_SP2).

Hanno.
