I will appreciate anyone telling me that when user or client is sending new order, which field can be used to store the name of the product. What I mean is if customer want to buy 1000 shares of Microsoft corporation, which field or tag can be used to store "Microsoft corporation".

Issuer (106) and SecurityDesc (107). In your example I would recommend Issuer.
