Speedwell Associates have released version 2.2.0 of the SpeedwellFIX engine.

The SpeedwellFIX engine is a certified high performance COM based FIX engine targetted at Windows NT platforms (NT 4 and Windows 2000).
Version 2.2.0 contains many additions and enhancements in response to customer feedback from the successful 2.1.8 engine. The SpeedwellFIX engine is now even simpler to install and use.
Major new features include:
- Support for PGP-DES-MD5 encryption.
- Advanced connection scheduling for 24x7 automated trading applications.
- Full object model layer encapsulating all FIX messages.
- Advanced testing and simulation applications.
- Internet based testing facilities.
