Is tag 109 a must for FIX4.2? Is it ok sending without tag109?

Hi Ying,

Tag 109 is not mandatory in 4.2, it is only there to confirm a message send by a third party. The use of 109 ClientID at anytime should not substitute tag 106 or tag 128.
