Hi,

Is there a standard way (FIX tag/value) to express the fact that a price is expressed in a abitrary displayed value (named “points” in the LIFFE documentation) rather than a regular currency ?

Also, is there a standard way to express that a price has been entered directly in ticks ?

Not sure what you mean with the currency being part of the price. They are separate fields in FIX. Have a look at field PriceType (423), value 3=Fixed Amount and values 13-19 for tick based prices. Hope it is what you need.
