Trade reporting - ability to indicate if an execution has already been reported

Looking at MiFID RTS 1 article 12 pgh 5, there is a requirement that a broker be able to indicate, on an execution report message, that the fill has or has not been (or will be) trade reported. I note tag 1390 TradePublishIndicator (0 do not publish, 1 publish trade, 2 deferred publication) - available on both the new order and execution report - which looks close but perhaps not quite it. Is this the field to use, or is there a different field, or do we need something new?
