Tag5463 (TradeId) is a custom field, created by Brook Path Partners, Inc.
Is it allowed for other companies to use this Tag in their communications with other parties?
Absolutely! When the tag is defined, a short description would have been provided on the usability of that field and the recommended scenarios.
Registered fields can be used re-used, but its cleaner to use it on exact situations described by the creator and not for other purposes to compensate some other restriction.
