Required Skills:
Project management experience
Understanding of FIX protocol
Experience with FIX connectivity
Working knowledge of Object-oriented design
Supervisory experience
3 - 5 years experience managing financial services operations center in the securities/service bureau sector
Client interfacing experience
Strong organizational skills
Effective technical communication skills
Experience with UNIX and Networking
Working knowledge of shell scripting and programming
Must work well under pressure with tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.
Must be collaborative and team-oriented.
Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing production interfaces and managing a team of analysts to develop and test new interfaces in Denver, Colorado.
Candidate will interface with clients to establish and manage client expectations during production issues. Will make timeline decisions on new projects. Will be responsible for project management decisions.
This position will be responsible for building and supervising a team of 3-5 Trading Systems analysts.
Requires early morning availability, and must be thoroughly reliable.
Some weekend and evening work will be required.
