Major financial institution has 2 VP level openings for candidates with experience in managing systems that handle all equity order flow and exchange connectivity for the trading floor. Each role will manage the order flow for a desk or for a group of external clients, and have several more junior level people reporting to. You should have deep knowledge of C++, Java,
Unix, Perl, software lifecycle management, multicast networks as well as equity trading,
exchange connectivity, FIX messaging, booking, and regulatory requirements. Strong communication
skills, written and verbal, are a must.
