XML schema for 4.4?

Any news of when and where from we can get hold of the schema? The site says that they were supposed to be released on 05/05, but I have been unable to find them.

A FIX 4.4 DTD was released as part of the 20030618 FIX 4.4 Errata. We are currently working to develop a schema representation of FIX 4.4. The plan is to publish the FIXML Schema in August 2003.
