Ok... I don't know where my original comments are but I'm going to assume it is captured.
Adding another reason for needing this... I just went back to check (after being disrupted by some other thing for 30 mins) to see if the files I just uploaded were correct ones...one of them was not. Another reason to have the "last updated" date stamp.
