In the cancel, should tag 60 be Day 1 or Day 2?

TransactTime refers to the time the transaction occurs (order, execution, cancel request, etc…). In this case, since the Cancel is sent on day 2, TransactTime Tag 60 would be “Day 2”. Thanks. That’s my understanding too. However, one options exchange requests me to set TransactTime to the time when the original order was sent.
