A security that expires on the trading session open

The trading session is open and, in the middle of this session, some securities expire. How can the Exchange notify that situation?.

SecurityStatus message springs to mind. We use that when our security goes into a lunchtime session status during the exchange open. It also has some other funny status which can happen on rare market conditions and we use the same message to notify these.

Thank you Jeremy for your answer. I can’t see in the FIX documentation a tag value to inform these situations (the more appropiate would be the SecurityTradingStatus but I don’t see an specific value for these status).
