SecurityTradingStatus shows, in FIX.4.4, a good number of statii for my needs. However, I don’t see one for “Open”. We have “PreOpen” and one to represent the end of a session but not open. I was going to use a custom value out there but would like to know if the community already has a value in mind.

Doh. I see 326=17 Ready To Trade. That would work just fine.
Why could we have called is “open” so I could find it without thinking

The history is these values were taken from existing values used by SIAC for NYSE - they were defined as part of FIX 4.2.
