Can someone please explain me in details about the tag 1.(Account tag)
whether multiple client can use the same account tag.

Tag 1 is usually used by clients to send the account to which the trades are booked. Same client can send different accounts in tag 1, however it is unlikely that two different clients will send the same account in tag 1.
