Application Technical Support for DMA Trading System
The Opportunity:
Excellent opportunity for a bright, motivated energetic individual with Equity Trading Systems support experience.

Required Skills:
-Min of 4 years experience in a trade support role with a technology focus
-Knowledge of Securities Industry (Equities, Options, Futures)
*Experience interacting directly with traders.
*Previous experience with the implementation and support of production electronic trading systems.
*Previous experience working with the exchanges and ECNs.
*Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with customers, account managers, and software engineers.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills - MUST be able to communicate effectively at all levels of business.
*Excellent problem solving skills.
*Ability to adapt and perform well in team oriented small environment
*Strong Windows desktop and server skills
*Strong computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, and call desk support tools
Responsibilities Include:
*Act as a liaison between traders and Technology staff.
*Monitoring of trading systems
*Monitoring of risk management systems
*Monitoring of Market Data systems and services
*Level 1, 2 and 3 desktop desktop support
*Level 1 and 2 application level support for trading, risk and market data systems
*Level 1 and 2 Market Data service support
*Performance of daily AM and / or PM trading system processes and checks
*Trouble ticket logging, resolution and escalation
*Produce and maintain operations documentation for each of the above.
*24x7 on call support duty
*Document software installation procedures and steps
*Escalate problems and trends to management
*Support the sales team through technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Hours:
Morning or afternoon shift covering the trading day with complimentary lunch ordered in or lunch break
