I don’t see .XSD in specification page for the 4.3 released specs.

are XML schemas supported?

Not yet. There will be an XML Schema document released for FIX 4.3 in the near (as yet unspecified future). We committed to having a schema that represents FIXML as defined in the DTD for FIX 4.3 and FIX 4.4 (when it is published).
