Hi,
I am very new when it comes to FIX, but would like to program my already running strategies into FIX. I see there are several FIX Products and Vendors provided on this website, however I was wondering if anyone would be able to recommend a vendor that helps a customer with the whole process of setting up FIX, aka a vendor that is very user friendly?
Also… Is there a page with a list of classes and event handlers with all the methods and functions used for automated trading systems? Can’t seem to find that.
Thanks,
Brian

Brian,
Which country you are based at? Basically you need to consider the cost factor before deciding for a fix vendor. I guess you are looking for a company which can provide you with Fix-based solutions for all your needs such as Fix engine, OMS, program trading, etc. It would be much more convenient and cheaper for you if you try to find a vendor in your home country.

Hi Brian,
My advice to you would be to seek some training first. There are a number of very good FIX vendors out there, all of which with much to offer, but being forewarned with some knowledge will enable you to get the best from the vendors.
Your training could either come as part of a FIX course, or as part of a small consultancy piece aimed at helping you with your requirements.
