By logging onto www.transacttools.net/fix or www.openfix.net, you can now test TransactTools FIX Data Dictionary browser!
TransactTools’ FIX Data Dictionary browser is based on the ttCONNECT protocol engine and has been published to help developers navigate protocol nuances of the FIX.4.X specifications.
It will be continually extended to include information that will help in connecting to ECNs, Exchanges and other desired points of liquidity that require special protocol extensions. This browser is simply a navigational interface built on the XML Data Dictionaries that define ttCONNECT’s validations and extensions across FIX sessions.
For our ttCONNECT clients, having dynamic XML Data Dictionary support embedded directly into the engine gives the unique and powerful ability to simultaneously support an unlimited number of FIX protocol versions and variations.
So, when new versions of FIX hit the marketplace, there’s no waiting for vendor support to catch up, or downloading an engine upgrade, or worrying about whether or not they’ll be compliant with trading partners!
