Kenny Stone, a senior developer at Connamara, will be presenting “The Erlang Stock Exchange”, a discussion about his efforts to build a matching engine in Erlang. Erlang is a compelling technology choice for the trading industry - it offers a way to build massively concurrent, distributed, fault tolerant systems. As part of this effort, Connamara has also developed the world’s first commercially available Erlang FIX engine.
