Deprecated and Replaced Fields in FIX 4.1

Hi all,

Since FIX 4.3,the Appendixs include “Deprecated (Phased-out) Features and Supported Approach” and “Replaced Features and Supported Approach” to explain which field to be deprecated and which field to be Replaced.

But FIX 4.1 has no such Appendix,I wonder if anyone has such document to explain what fields to be Deprecated and Replaced in FIX 4.1.
