The Business Analyst will work within the IT team, acting as an interface between the Equities Trading businesses and the systems applications/development, QA and programming areas. This role involves not only translating business needs into IT requirements but also advising the clients of what functionality the systems can provide.
Must have:
*Experience in Program Trading and or equity risk management system is required.
*Understanding of FIX and FIX-based systems
*Ability to clearly communicate business requirements and specifications at the appropriate detail level
*Ability to identify business requirements and propose options to deliver a solution to the business
*Ability to converse clearly to both business users and IT development/QA teams
