I would like to know the purpose of this Tag in the Trade Execution Report (35=8)

Tanuj,

This tag is specifically used in a new order sent by the client specifying the instructions on his order to be handled at the Exchange trading floor. Its used with Tag 21=3. On its way back on the ER’s, the same is relayed to the client by the sell side as a normal practice though not mandatory.
