On the web page from the URL you cited within your post, “FIXatdl1.1 with Errata 20101221” is a zip containing the XSDs and spec. My firm, American Century Investments, uses (and requires) FIXatdl from all of our algo brokers. Hello FIX Trading Community,

We’re thinking of the support of FIX ATDL layouts in our system. I couldn’t find any detailed description and even xsd schemas on the website - only several presentations here: http://www.fixtradingcommunity.org/pg/structure/tech-specs/fixatdl.
Since there are a few links to FIX ATDL specs on the Internet we’re afraid that it’s obsolete.

Is this standard still alive and used by somebody?
