We have now released an on-line free FIX message ‘decoder’ on www.fixdecoder.com.
Simply paste your raw FIX message into the text box (or click ‘Show me an example’) and then ‘Click here to decode’. The screen will then show you the decoded readable form of the message, with all fields listed (tags and values with enumerated meanings).
We will continue to extend this functionality in tandem with the development of the new FIX standards, particularly in the arena of Fixed Income and Derivatives.
All messages and decoding takes place locally in your browser; no messages are sent to our server.
