Is there currently a FIX messaging format for the exercising of employee stock options? I thoughtt here would have to be since there is FIX messaging for options, and the exercising of an employee stock option is similar to the early exercise of an American option.

Incentive stock options are not readily marketable securities, i.e., there is no exchange that trades them and no clearing house to facilitate the clearing function. They must be excercised with the issuing company.

In addition to what was posted, at present FIX has no concept of exercising options.
