I’m from Java Background, I want to learn Fix Protocol, My employer told me to do a prototype. I searched whole web, I do not no where to start, I just downloaded QuichFix library, I do not see any sample or how to test it. Is it anybody can send me the instruction how to setup and how to run a Hello World Program in FIX Protocol like Ordering for 100 Shares of Dell and getting the confirmation.

I really appreciate the help at the earliest.

Did you look at http://www.quickfixj.org/ - thats a Java version, unless you want to use C++ (or .Net) you may find that a better bet than QuickFix.

I downloaded QuickFix, I tried to run executor and bonzai, Its not able to run. There is no clear step how to setup and how to run.

Can U help me out with simple steps.

Did you look at http://www.quickfixj.org/ - thats a Java version,
unless you want to use C++ (or .Net) you may find that a better bet
than QuickFix.

You might want to post this message to the Quickfix/J mailinglist as Quickfix/J is just an opensource implementation of the FIX spec.
