Our client is looking for a Java Developer with a minimum of 5 years experience developing applications the majority in the area of Financial Services. If you are interested, please email me a word version of your resume. Thank you.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Java/JSP/Servlets, and SQL (Oracle or Sybase) required
• Should have excellent communication skills both oral and written, be a self-starter but also able to take direction and work as part of a larger team
• Proven track record in delivering complex applications under time pressure is a must
• Knowledge of Banking Products, Documentum, Business Objects, HTML, and automated testing tools is desirable
• A strong quantitative background is a requirement
• A good understanding of derivatives is required, preferably credit derivatives
• Proven experience working in a front office environment required
• 3-5 years experience in the financial services industry with strong technical skills as well as proven experience delivering mission critical applications, preferably in the Fixed Income business. Technically proficient in Java and Sybase or Oracle
