A top financial institution in the NYC area is currently looking for a Sr. Java developer to join their equity market risk group. This person will be responsible for developing and supporting the equity derivatives desk.
Requirements:
Strong Java/Unix/Linux development experience
Extensive experience with real-time, multi-threaded financial systems
Extensive experience in interprocess communications, socket programming, etc.
Deep understanding of the FIX protocol
Experience in Derivatives, risk management, STP are a plus.
