Orders that are pegged to the inside of the market

Hi,

I want to place an order that is pegged to the inside of the market. I want the order to follow the inside price of the market.

Is it possible to use OrdType=Pegged and ExecInst=PrimaryPeg?

For a buy order i want to buy at the bid and for a sell order i want sell at the offer
