The Global Technical Committee has reviewed and preliminarily approved the Gap Analysis jointly submitted by the FIX European Consolidated Tape Working Group and the MMT Technical Committee. This gap analysis proposal seeks to support the new capabilities offered by MMT v4.0, especially a number of new post-trade flags in the context of ESMA’s Final Report on the review of RTS 1 (equity transparency).
The document now enters a public comment period in which public review and feedback is encouraged. Once the public comment period closes, the GTC will review public comments before final approval by the GTC Governance Board.
