The Global Technical Committee has reviewed and preliminarily approved the Gap Analysis jointly submitted by the FIX Consolidated Tape Working Group and the MMT Technical Committee. It covers requirements for equities post-trade transparency as laid out in the UK FCA’s policy statement PS 23/4 of May 2023 and includes the mapping of MMT v4.1 to FIX for the new flags “CLSE” and “NETW”.
The document now enters a public comment period in which public review and feedback is encouraged. Once the public comment period closes, the GTC will review public comments before final approval by the GTC Governance Board.
