This forum is the appropriate place to report data errors in the repository or repository structural issues. Improvements will also be capture here. This group will be monitored by members of the Repository Working Group, which reactivated recently. We are about to announce new leadership of the working group. If you are an FPL member and would like to participate in the Repository Working Group please send your request to participate to fpl (at) fixprotocol.org.
Can I suggest that FIXwiki (http://fixwiki.org/) is also a good place to report repository data errors.
FIXwiki is essentially a complete view of the repository plus user comments.
There is a special kind of user comment which flags it as a repository/specification data error. All you need to do is prefix your comment with {{SpecError}}.
A complete list of all flagged data errors is always available at Welcome fixwiki.org - BlueHost.com
Reporting data errors on FIXwiki has the following advantages:

The data error is immediately visible to all FIXwiki users (FPL members or not)

The data error is automatically flagged and catalogued at Welcome fixwiki.org - BlueHost.com

When data errors are corrected in the repository, they will removed from FIXwiki
Any FPL member is permitted to add comments to FIXwiki.

Agree with John that FIXwiki indeed is better place to capture spec errors as it is at least more structured than a discussion forum.

I am in favor of capturing the errors however we can and in the most convenient manner for folks who are willing to take the effort to report the issues. If that is FIXwiki or this discussion forum it does not matter.
Please take the time to use the repository (we are working on providing IPR certainty for adopters) and please report issues you encounter. The Repository WG and the support staff are committed to a high quality repository that is accurate.
