Is there a retail broker I can get FIX access to for IEX market orders and market data?
I’ve tried Interactive Brokers, TradeStation, and Lightspeed. I haven’t been able to find market data through FIX. Most of them have a proprietary API that is limited in one way or the other. IB does offer trades via FIX but not market data. I’m a developer not a trader but I’ve been tasked to come up with a solution to a problem and I think utilizing FIX is the best option. I’m looking for level II market data on all symbols, not just a subset, over VPN without co-location. Is this a realistic expectation?
