"Security Type" and others in Derivative Security List Request

We are working on some code that generates “Derivative Security List Request” MsgType=z in FIX.4.4. The way I read the spec, it seems to indicate that if you use SecurityListRequestType (559) with a value of 1, then you should be able to specify SecurityType(167) in the same message to indicate what types of derivatives you are interested in. However, it appears that SecurityType is not an allowed field in that message.

Shouldn’t it be the case that these symbols should all be allowed, even conditionally required based on the value of the SecurityListRequestType?

SecurityType (167) and/or CFICode (461)
Product (460)
TradingSessionID (336)
