• 1st line support of Equity trading floor requirement. • Provide day-to-day installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows .NT/2000/XP desktops/laptops and third-party/proprietary desktop applications for Equity Derivatives traders in a fast-paced environment. • Own problems through resolution and log problem root cause, progress, and resolution. • Co-ordinate trading floor issues and resolution with rest of IT groups. • Position requires employee to be in the office by 7:00am ET each weekday to perform morning systems checks and a user walk-thru. Occasionally, employee will also need to rotate with staff working 10am – 7pm ET shift. • Traveling to branch office in King of Prussia, PA is also required
