Hi All,

I am programming a OMS on Horizon trading system, and in horizon trading terminals there is an option at the Order which is Suspend & Resume, can anyone tells me what kind of FIX message can be sent inorder to have this option. ??

Hi,

Unfortunately Horizon does not support suspend and resume via its FIX gateway interface.

Execution reports issued by Horizon will indicate whether the order is suspended, but it is not possible to instruct the system to suspend an order via the Horizon FIX gateway, nor is it possible to request that a suspended order be resumed.

Since orders in Horizon are requeued when resumed, your might consider simply cancelling the order and then resubmitting it as an alternative to suspending and resuming.
