In the FIX 4.2 specification the definition of the Security Definition message contains a repeating group containing Underlying information. I believe that the comments for some of these Underlying fields are incorrect - can they be updated in the 4.2 errata please.
The errors are;
(1) For field 310 (UnderlyingSecurityType) the comments refer to Symbol, SecurityType, MaturityMonthYear, PutOrCall and StrikePrice. These five fields should presumably be UnderlyingSymbol, UnderlyingSecurityType, UnderlyingMaturityMonthYear, UnderlyingPutOrCall and UnderlyingStrikePrice
(2) For field 314 (UnderlyingMaturityDay) the comments refer to MaturityMonthYear. This should presumably be UnderlyingMaturityMonthYear.
The comments are particularly ambiguous as the Security Definition message contains both security information and underlying security information.
