Major financial services firm is seeking an Integration Engineer to help testing and integration of new FIX Electronic Trading Order Management and Routing infrastructure. Daily responsibilities include managing the vonfiguration and testing of proprietary FIX Router applications that provide external clients with access to Front-End trading applications, strategy engines and direct exchanges destinations. Also planning, execution and support of turnovers/upgrades to implement new infrastructure and upgrade existing systems in the production environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive experience with FIX protocol and a strong background in systems integration of Equity Trading applications and products.
- Experience working with ECNs, and or Third Party OMS/Connectivity vendors are a major plus.
- Solid understanding of connectivity, networks, firewall and tcp/IP protocol.
- Managing configuration and application changes in an electronic trading environment.
