Where are the templates?
I’m not sure which templates you are talking about, but my assumption is that you may be referring to templates for FIX messages.
If that is the case the answer would be that the FAST specification does not provide a standard set of templates for FIX messages. It is a specification for template definitions.

there is currently no publicly available repo of templates for FIX over FAST. Work is ongoing in the mdowg to define standard rules for mapping FIX messages to FAST. It may be that we compile a set of templates as part of this initiative, but no decision has been made on this yet.
You can find examples of templates on the market data side by reviewing the published templates for the FAST feeds from CME, ISE, Eurex, Nordic Exchanges etc.
The guys at LasalleTech are also working on an interoperability portal for FAST that will support template exchange so you can test template variants.
