Which message requests the exchanges that an ECN services?

Good Day,

I would like to know which message lists the exchanges that an ECN or any other network services. Because you can return all of the instruments in an exchange, now I just need to know how to get all the exchanges.

While work has been done in FIX 4.2 with regard to security request messages, it isn’t widely implemented yet.

In general, this kind of thing is not plug-and-play at a protocol level; rather, it’s handled by reading the ECN’s or other network’s FIX documentation and/or talking to their sales and tech reps.
