Our client, one of the largest global financial services located in Boston, is looking for a developer and/or support person to join their team on a contract to hire basis!
Job information:
Developer focused on Equity Trading Systems; must have experience with FIX messaging to/from broker-dealers and demonstrated proficiency integrating FIX with live trading applications
Behavior Characteristics:
team player, willingness to be coached but still offer ideas, able to communicate with technical and business people
Must have experience with:
• FIX messaging to/from broker-dealers
• Proficiency in integrating FIX with live trading applications
• Establishing, testing, maintaining and troubleshooting live FIX
• Integrating a mainstream vendor-provided FIX engine
• Java and Oracle
