FIX/OMS Application Support Representative

Support the equity trading applications. This would include monitoring the health of the customer’s FIX connections and answering customer calls and email regarding the applications

To monitor processes and systems.
To answer customer inquiries in regards to the company from customer connectivity through all trading venues.
To work with vendors on behalf of the company and customers to ensure that a high level of service in maintained.

Must have:
The ability to follow the life of an order.
The ability to work through application problems with customers
Background in trade support from an operational perspective.
Background in trading systems and vendors.
Background in OMS systems
